We have two Acer Aspire 7741G-6426 Win7 32-bit notebooks that neither the bluetooth NOR webcam are working on. Both of them have, according to Device Manager, all drivers installed (no yellow exclamation marks and attempting to update the drivers yields the "most current software installed" message) and we seem to have all the software installed. In fact, there are no driver issues according to Device Manager.
We have Acer Crystal Eye installed for the webcam but when you browse to it (Start > All Programs > Acer Crystal Eye Webcam Video Class Camera), the only option is "Uninstall".
We have Bluetooth Suite installed for the bluetooth but when you browse to it (Start > All Programs > Bluetooth Suite > Bluetooth Suite), and attempt to launch it, nothing happens...no program ever launches. There is also a Bluetooth Devices folder (Start > All Programs > Bluetooth Devices) that says (empty).
What gives????

Sorry to hear that the Bluetooth and Webcam are nor working. I would recommend performing a factory restore or restore using Acer recovery media for your product. This product originally shipped with Windows 7 64-bit and that may be the problem. If I may ask, did you purchase this product new or used? If new out of the box, when did you purchase it?
I ask only because it sounds like you are missing the software for one reason or another and a restore will reinstall any missing software or drivers.

They were new, but were reimaged for a different purpose (likely to 32-bit), so that very well may have been the problem. At any rate, we upgraded to Windows 8.1 32-bit over the weekend and the cameras work, but we cannot find bluetooth on them at all.

I checked our systems and found that the Aspire 7741G-6426 does not ship with Bluetooth.
