Acer Aspire 5749 CD ROM problem?

Hello, can anyone tell me what is the problem of this cause? I write a CD with Nero or ImageBurn (FLAC or APE, MP3 files) and it gives me an error after a few seconds of writing. How can i solve this problem? Is it the programs or my CD ROM failing?

Are you able to use any other programs to write the files to disks? I did a search on the web and found some similar threads and videos from other sources.
