New member - First post. I am having trouble connecting to available wireless networks with the subject pc even after several attempts at places where I know wireless connections are available, such as at the public library, McDonalds restaurant, etc. The message I get is always the same: "No wireless networks were found in range. Make sure the wireless switch on your computer is on." Is the 'wireless switch' actually a physical switch somewhere on my pc and, if so, where is it? If the 'wireless switch' is a setting accessed using the XP software, how do I get to it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Have you tried the Fn+F3 toggle?
