ACER TURKEY: "One of a Kind"

I have left my ACER laptop to ACER technical service. According to Turkish Laws, they have to inform me (and they are obliged to prove it) that they have fixed my pc in 20 days (If not I can ask for new product or for my money). But they have not. But also they are insisting on that “They don’t need to inform me about any”. In the other case even if they are not calling, today (52nd day) they have sent a mail which is saying that “they have called me many times, but they couldn’t reach me any” they did not even call once. I have given them to court (unfortunately it takes too much time… Even if I will 100% win the case) but in the other hand what should I do about it? Against this liars and city bandits? Does “ACER” care about their representatives?
