PROBLEM!!!! I have an ACER ASPIRE Laptop, 5349-2635, model ZRL, S/N:***, and for the mosrt part has worked fairly well since I got it about a year ago. Worked fine yesterday afternoon. Yesterday evening, I tried to go online to check mail at end of day, as always, and It would NOT let me enter!! I put in my passwors. as always. and it just says on screen something about my personal profile, which I CANNOT get to to see what the issue is! I am at the Library using one of the public computers there to write you this note. What is the problem!?!

Since I cannot get back online, you can call me later, or most any other time actually, and I will be at home with my unit. I am on the Net Zero 4G plan, 1000 minutes a month, which is usually fine. Can you offer ma any assistance or advice, or should I just take it back to where it came fron and see if THEY can give ma any help. Having to drive several miles to use a public computer is a real inconvenience.
