But 3 days ago my system runs very slow because of too much softwares, and I delete some and reinstalled windows 7, because C: got too much rubbish, and also downloaded the drives from the website.But the website also put the winflash Bios software on the website to improve, so after I installed all the drivers. I took the wrong, 1.09 BIOS.

That time I remembered quite clear.

After Run the BIOS for Windows, WinFlashPg.exe, my computer shuttled down and restarted, but all black until then, opps... i waited... but nothing restarted, no windows ,nothing......

Before that i got no problems,no black screen with my computer.

When I started the computer, there are some signs:

1.the light of the power is on

2.the voice of hardware start ,voice of fans

3.then the light of dvd-rom.

So I try to think that there is a problem with BIOS, so I followed the steps of yours:

1. a USB with FAT-32 format,4GB Samsong. 

2. unzip the 115.zip, and find the DOS file, and copy all of them to the USB.

3. unpower, unbattery, put the USB on, press Fn+Esc and hold on, power on .

 Here is the Report:

1. the light of the power is on, the voice of the fan no beep.

2.dvd-rom light flashed

3.USB's light flashed only one time (means actived but not work？)

Then no reply,also black screen, I hold about 10 minutes.

And I also tried  Copy the JE50115.bin file on the stick, rename it to JE50115.fb, and copyed the 2 files to USB.

but the same happened as above.

do you think it is a serious problem with my motherboard and it broke?

or can I do something to save it?

oh no i think i wrote too much so some words were lost.

I  ment my computer 2 years ago since a problem with blackscreen ,and the service changed motherboard for me because 

windows can not boot. ( will it influence ?) but no problem after that.

it runs very well and no problem until 3 days ago I reinstalled the WIN7 and download the drivers and also BIOS from website.

Have you tried to toggle the F5 or F6 keys yet to see if your display will come back on?

no i didn't touched F5,F6.

but after you say, i tried, the same as before.

Sorry, I meant to ask have you tried to toggle the Fn+F5 or Fn+F6 key combinations turn the display on and off?

yes,i tried FN+F5, FN+F6.

Do you have an HDMI or VGA cable so you can connect the laptop to a external TV or monitor? You might have to toggle Fn+F6 again to check if you can get an external display to work.

i tried VNA to tv, but there is also black screen,and no response.

Today I merely tried everything i can, but still nothing got.

So i got my friends, and we found the device to get the chip out, and rewrote the chip.

Here is the problem.We tried to read all the codes of the BIOS, and found the point.

There are 2 version of BIOS on website, the one is 1.09,the other is 1.15.

1.09 is for integrated graphic card computer

1.15 is for the changable card computer

but they are incompatible, totally different for the 2 kinds of computers.

So advise is never use the 1.09 version for individual  HD 7470 graphic card computer,because it is wrong, that  the bios system is not able to write with USB, maybe the problem is that. not suitable for all Aspire 5560G computers. 

But Luckily and THANKS VERY MUCHHHH for your help.Really, i was totally desperate for a great moment at that time until i find your words, that your caring about really inspired me.

So does this mean you  got  v1.15 written to your bios  and  your radeon card is  now  working OK ?

Yes, the 1.15 version is all right, the black screen disappeared and also graphic card working OK.

But the 1.09 version is not all right. 

So the black screen is because of the Bios is wrong for the computer, graphic card did not work, the computer can not start. And because of this, that the computer can not get access to DOS or the system,the usb way to rewrite the Bios was unsuccessful..

v1.09, it seems for integrated graphic card.
