My Acer Aspire 5251-1805 wont power on anymore.  

There is an Acer Aspire 5251-1513 on E-Bay that I could buy as a replacement.

Q1: What is the difference?  

Q2: Can I swap the HDD from the -1805 directly into the -1513 and power up?  What would be the proper migration process?

Both of these systems use a 2.5 inch sata drive, so you should be able to move the hard drive from one system into the other and boot, as long as there is not a problem with the HDD.
