Monitors

I need to remove the monitor stand arm from the monitor to send it in for repair. I've got the base off the the arm easy enough but see no way of getting the arm released from the monitor it self. I don't to break anything by incorrectly applying force. So what's the trick?

Customer Service said to send the monitor in with the arm still attached. Hope nothing goes wrong, like getting lost, damaged etc.
