When moving my home office, the movers packed my monitor and its foot separately. Arriving at my new home all is fine, except after days of searching we cannot find the foot that fits the monitor.

Question - how can I get a new monitor foot from Acer? If it is available, to whom do I speak at Acer?

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

Could you give me the first ten characters of the monitor serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

    Hi Mike,

De rien! Smiley Happy (You're welcome)

Well the foot (stand) is composed of two parts: Base and neck.

    60.T1UM3.001STAND.BASE
    60.T0VM3.001STAND.NECK
You have to buy these parts from a reseller. E.g. this one stated in the parts list.

I seem to be missing both - the base and the neck.

On the online store? Yes, it's a special order because these parts are rarely ordered like in Europe.

    Hi Mike,

I would also suggest you to get in touch with these Acer parts partners:

    Dear Laurent:

Thanks again for your magnificent assistance.

I've tried all kinds of places for finding/ordering the foot, but to no avail (at least in the USA)

I have now solved the problem by hanging the monitor on the wall above my desk.

    Merci beaucoup por votre aide,

    Je vous remercie,

    Meilleures Salutations

    Mike
