open repair status

Hi.  A repair case was created for me the day my warranty expired.  I was told to contact Acer again when a level 2 person or team was available, which was several days later.  Now I can not use the chat option because my laptop is no longer under warranty, and I have no idea how to contact Acer to finish the repair order.  Can anyone tell me what to do now?  I can't find a phone number or any other way to contact someone so I'm left to hope for a response on a community forum.  Thanks for your help.
