Does anyone know if i can install a mSATA SSD in to the Aspire 3935?  (Model no. MS2263)

I have what seems to be two PCIe slots?: one half sized thats not in use, and one full size where the wifi-card is mounted. My plan was to get a half sized wifi-card for the half sized slot and remove the full sized wifi-card and replace it with a mSATA SSD.

Are these even PCIe slots? and also, would the BIOS recognize the SSD drive?

    Hello,

These are only PCIe slots without SATA bus. They are used for WLAN boards.
