can you upgrade the wifi-card in acer aspire 5349

think my wifi card is going out wanted to see if i can get a batter one or the same one or just buy a usb adapter ? any help will be more then welcome

k right now i have a Qualcomm Atheros AR5B125 Wireless Network Adapter in my labtop i ve tryed every thing to keep it connexted but keeps draging when i am online or drops off completly. So would this be better to get

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 2x2 Network plus Bluetooth adapter (7260.HMWWB.R) ( plus i do want bluetooth )

or do i buy some thing else ?
