hi i have acer es1-512-c5yw with windows 8.1 with bing . i want to do factory restore but it says I will lose some programs/apps, and these are clearly important. what I cannot find clear anywhere, and have spoken with acer support, and the information isn't very clear at all, how exactly do I get these apps and programs working,so I can work my computer EXACTLY as I got it out the box ?

I know how to reset/refresh, doing that is very easy,so i dont need instructions on how to do this part.  . but once it refreshed/reset,and restored to factory settings, and then loads up  how then do I get the programs it stated will be removed? I cant just go online as it will remove internet explorer it says . and I have no other computer .

i need to know exactly how to get the computer back to how it was when i opened it- which had ALL I NEEDED to get going ,no missing programs ,all ready to go .

I will list the programs it states will be removed ..

acer

common files

cyberlink

foxit phantom PDF

INTEL

INTERNET EXPLORER

MICROSOFT OFFICE

MICROSOFT.NET

MSBUILD

NCH SOFTWARE

QUAL OMM ATHEROS

REALTEK

WINDOWS (MULTIPLE)

So, please explain in absolute 100% detail, how I get these programs all working ok, on acer es1-512-c5yw with windows 8.1 with bing (as ive seen this is different to 8.1 without bing?)

please note i have already spoke to acer customer support and unfortuntley she didnt seem to know much about it .i need 100% guaranteed info, not vague ,brief info or guesswork .

many thanks for your help , really appreciate it

    sac11,

If you restore your system back to factory defaults it will be exactly like when you first took it out of the box. That warning it gives is to let you know that some apps are going to be removed, but what you listed appear to be drivers and Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operating system, you will just have to do some updates and you will have the newest information.
