Update in Acer Care Center does not run. Network setting are configured correctly?

I open Acer Care Center and it all works but the Update wiindow. I get the following meassage "Please make sure your network settings are configured correctly and try again". I can open the internet no problem. So where do I go to configure the settings so that Acer Care Center Updates work?

Go here and see if, after compatability check, it will let you download it. Possibly a reinstall will fix it.
