This is unit is really slow, need help what to do or recommendations

just got this new unit, check my name, everything was slow, already did add new partitin for my files, have 2 questions as of now

1) if i do system reload using acer recovery, will repartition my HDD back to same state the first time i turned this on?

2) what bloatwares i need to remove?

I have an older lappy that has 2 physical cores, with 1gig ram, running on windows 7 and has 1.5ghz processor, this unit has 2gb ram and 4 physical cores, no installed new software, every time i watch a movie, or open a new window/program like file explorer, it has a delay atleast 10seconds, my old lappy just have 3-5 secs of delay, even having new tab on IE/GChrome, will have blank page for 10-15 secs. before it will load, and i can feel the lag if i switch windows from one program to another, even task manager will not repond sometimes.

Yes, if you do a full Recovery, it will be like it was out of the box.

After the Recovery, if it's the same you should return it for exchange or refund.

try using something like super anti-spyware free edtion first,most of the computers I repair have hundreds of background hidden spy/adware that slows computers wayyyy down. it's easy to use and FREE!anti-virus won't do anything for them
