Purchase Date

Hello

When i look up My notebooks serial number on acer customer self service, it gives u a "purchase date" what does This actually mean?

    Not the case, if the unit is not registered, then the Date you see there would be the date of manufacture, that should not be a problem, you may register the unit @ acersupport.com

    The Purchase date is the date you purchased the unit, based on your registration information & also that 'd be the date from which the warranty is calculated for the product,.

    Thanks for ur answer.
     
    Thing is never registrered it, and the date is months before i bought My laptop.So i assume the store were i bought it, sold me a "used" product

    The store has a history of doing that, so I thought it might be the case here to, but thx for clearing Things upSmiley Happy
