Help. The setup utility is InsydeH20. I forgot the other information about my device, i have a new one that I use regularly.. This was stucked quite a while and when I tried to use it again this happened. Help me please..

    I think you have a SSD failure, that's why you have this error.

    HDD probably has some issue, if under warranty contact your regional Acer support service.
