My acer aspire 3830TG-6634 won't boot

My acer aspire 3830TG-6634 won't boot. I try to press Ctrl + ALt + F10 to use recovery. but the screen still is blank. I also try to connect my desk computer screen to my acer notebook. The screen of desk computer is also blank. I can see hard drive light on and work. I do not know where it cause trouble and how to boot up?
