Mouse/pointer issue while playing music
When I play music either through Media Player or Stream on Acer Aspire 17.3" 4GB Windows 8.1 Laptop and move the mouse/pointer while music is playing the music drags or glitches while the mouse/pointer is in motion but stops if i stop moving it. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Ctrl-Alt-Del to load Task Manager
Scroll down and look under Background Processes to find 'Intel(r) Technology Access Service'
Right click and choose 'End Task'.I'm not an Acer employee.0

yes, from the task manager
or
you can disable this service at startup
press
windows key logo + r
type
msconfig
press enter
select services tab
find the Intel(r) Technology Access Service
untick
click on apply and ok
reboot
