It's not broken , it looks exactly like the right side hinge. When i open the laptop that side lifts up.When i close it,i have to close the left hinge with my hand

here is a pic of how it looks like when the left side hinge is closed with my handDSC_0077[1].jpg.DSC_0079.jpg here is pic of how the laptop looks when it closed without me doing anything.

What do you think about this????

    Hello Melvin,

Hmmm... The screw is passed through the hole!

    Is it the original screw?

    The hinge is it hard?

The only solution is to change the lower cover.

    Yes the screw is original

What do you mean by the hinge is hard or not? I can open and close it freely, the only thing is when i open it the left side comes up !!

Well the hinge is ok. On your pictures, the screw head move when you close or open the screen. It means the hole is broken.

Both screws are screwed to the upper cover (grey frame + keyboard). Normally you unscrew them (Torx screw driver) and you retrieve them.

Another solution, you can perhaps stick the broken parts with a gel glue (cyanoacrylate - super glue).

See this picture: 60.M03N2.003 - COVER LOWER W/CAP/MYLAR (inside).

Otherwise, you'll have to change this part.

    Do you have the manual?

    Hello,

India, I made a big mistake. Sorry.

You did not make a mistake screw? because there are 1 screw M2.5x4.0 and 17 screw M2.5x8.0.

I have checked again and these ones are screwed in the upper cover (aluminium panel).

Do you have the manual of your laptop?

About your picture, yes. The lengths are differents 4 and 8 mm. It's very difficult to see on the manual.

About my picture, have you checked if the mounting holes aren't unsoldered or broken?
