Keyboard repeat charicter not working plus Click added?

Hi All

I am having Keyboard problems in that it has developed a click and that I am unable to do double letters for about 5 seconds that is. i first thought its in the settings in the control panel But 2Click" is not in there and I set al the sped of repeat caricters to fast but it had no effect at all . So if anyone has any idea or can point me to the place I need to go to then please I would be much obliged. That is unless it is another defect that has raised its head? (Hope not) as its out of warantty and I asked about paying for the extended warrenty but no one ever got back to me from acer and it was not from my lack of trying I will tell you.

Hello,

The repeat rate of the keyboard is probably too fast.

Control panel ---> Keyboard properties ---> Speed tab ---> Decrease the repeat rate

Thanks for the reply. However Iv just found a App running called Clicky something and it had loads of things you can set up on your keyboard. Now I dont know how it got set up but it was on default hence all the strange things Anyway I just set every thing as I liked it . Tested it then deleted the app and all is fine now thanks
