I have a Asus RT-N10+ Router that has been working fine for 3 years. I have a home network that I connect to with PC's running XP, Win 7 and Win 8 also a tablet running Kit Kat and a Apple Mini 3. My Acer Aspire runs Win 7 and was working fine for 6 months but now it tells me my home network is hidden although it is listed in the available networks and my other machines connect fine.  I can connect my Acer using free WiFi spots. I was hoping you might have a tip or two to get it to recognize my network,  I have reinstalled the driver and followed the tips on the Q&A section but I still can not connect.  Any help would be nice.  Thanks

What security type are you using, WEP? Have you tried changing to WPA2 to see if the issue persists?
