How do i connect V3-572P to bluetooth?

My laptop has a bluetooth driver installed, but I cannot find how to activate it. Is this just the software that requires a dongle to connect?

  Just solved my own issue.  Swipe from the right, select Settings, and Change PC Settings.  Select Bluetooth, and enable.
