How do i get the recovery program to complete loadig?. It hangs at :loading Office 2010 (14/32).  ACER ASPIRE WINDOWS 7.

  check if there's a prompt taht needs your confirmation under the main installation screen.

   

  try to press: atl+tab or ctrl+alt+del or ctrl+shift+esc
