How do I do an unattended BIOS update on my Aspire One 722-0022?

My Aspire One 722-0022 will not boot. I have seen discussion that suggests it may be due to corrupted BIOS. How can I reinstall the BIOS without being able to use the screen, which goes blank during startup, and stays blank? I see the Acer logo, then the Windows 10 logo and progress dots, then nothing. I can't get into the BIOS setup. The laptop will not respond to the F2 key or any other keystroke during POST. Is there a way to fix this issue?

it looks more a VGA driver issue.

you can try to enter windows recovery:

try to press Alt+F10 keys at boot

    or if Alt+F10 didn't work

create a bootable windows 10 media:

    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

(to enter recovery from bootable media: choose repair your computer)

    From the Recovery screen
    Click on Troubleshoot.
    Click on Advanced Options.
    Click on Startup Settings.
    Click on Restart.
The PC will now reboot to the Startup Settings screen.
Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode as prompted.

once in Safe mode, go to Device manager, click on Display adapters, right click on your VGA and choose uninstall(tick to uninstall software too).

reboot normally and check if black/blank screen is fixed.

    I'm not an Acer employee.
