Hi,

Please forgive me if this is answered somewhere else but I've been searching on my phone for ages and got nowhere. Was using laptop on Thursday night closed it over when I went to bed. I'm often guilty of not shutting down and just closing it over. Last night came home to  make some changes to my fantasy team and out won't turn on! The leds at the front don't light up at all and there is no response. The charger offers nothing and I've tried taking the battery out and put it back in and held down power button. I've now exhausted my technical know how. Any ideas?

Thanks!

    Del86,

If your netbook is not showing a battery charging LED with the system powered off the first thing I would troubleshoot is the charging adapter itself.

Thanks for the reply. I've swapped the charger and it's definitely not it. Got a replacement battery and unfortunately it's not it either. Any other ideas?

    Del86,

Just as a troubleshooting step, remove the AC adapter and battery and hold down the power button for about 30 seconds. Plug the battery back in and connect the charger, hopefully lights will come on and it will power on for you.

I've given that a try before and just tried again. No such luck though

    Del86,

The only other thing I can think it would be is the motherboard itself.
