E5-771G-75WL USB not working

I have bought this laptop some weeks ago.

Yesterday I have done the last install (also some windows updates).

After the first restart I could use my USB port's. But after een second one, none is working anymore.

In device-manager I get a mark on the "USB xHCI-compatibel hostcontroller". And a code 12 not enough free recources.

This laptop works on windows 8.1 : everything was good until those last installed updates. Now all the USB ports don't work anymore...

Anyone an idea to resolve this ? I have already disabled/enabled the device and reinstalled it : but the error just remains. I don't find a solution. I got 1 : reïnstall windows, but this is something I don't want to do...

As you are getting error code 12, you can follow the steps below and check if that helps:
1. In the device's 'Properties' dialog box, click the 'General' tab.
2. Click 'Troubleshoot' to start the 'Troubleshooting Wizard'. The wizard asks you some simple questions and provides a solution to your problem based on the answers that you provide.
3. Follow the resolution steps provided by the wizard to resolve the problem.
