    Hello,

    Aspire V3-772G with Intel I5-4200M supports up to 16Gb DDR3L (4x4Gb):

    Spoiler
    KN.4GB04.006SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600.MIC
    KN.4GB07.008SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600.KIN
    KN.4GB07.015SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600.KIN
    KN.4GB07.016SODIMM.4GB.DDR3L-1600.KIN

    The original frequency is 1600MHz but you can install memory sticks of 1866MHz.

    Compatible memory: Kingston HyperX Impact

    I have V3-772G with Intel i7-4702MQ.

    I search a lot on google, and came out by Crucial...on the site, same as Kingston, showing that 1866MHz is "compatible" with my hardware..but i do not trus it very much, that's why i made my question right here.

    So i want to now, what is the maximum size of memory, what i can use, and is my laptop,  compatible with 1866MHz...because i dont want to buy them for nothing, they are very expensive.

    On this pdf acer specs document i read that my laptop can have 32Gb totaly, is that right? (read pdf)

    Because number 3, behind it refers to models V3-772g, which i have. But it's still confusion for me.

    so please help me out.

    cheers

    Hello,

    You wrote in your first message: "...my Notebook Acer Aspire V3-772G ( V3-772g-54208g50makk) Memory."

    ---> Aspire V3-772G-54208G50Makk: Intel I5 - 4200M serie - 8Gb of memory - HDD 500Gb

    You wrote in your previous message: "I have V3-772G with Intel i7-4702MQ."

    ---> Hmmm so:

    1- Could you give me the first ten characters of the laptop serial number (S/N)? Only the first ten.

    2- Have you changed the motherboard?

    Why do you need my serial number, is model info not enough?

    The first characters of the S/N is the part number. The same models have different specifications of memory.

    Example:

    NXM74EH004 --> NX.M74EH.004

    NXM74EH017 --> NX.M74EH.017

    etc

    I will never request the serial number or the SNID from a member. Never!

    Your laptop supports up to 16Gb (2x8) and same frequency stated in my previous reply.

    You can also check it with this tool: HWINFO64 portable version (no installation).
