In this case, you can consider performing System Restore to restore your system to a point in time when the Bluetooth was working fine. To know how to perform System Restore, you can refer to the link below:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/restore-refresh-reset-pc

After performing System Restore, if you wish to update the drivers, follow the guidelines mentioned on the link below:
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/all-drivers

Alternatively, you can also try to download the latest Bluetooth drivers for your Acer Aspire by following the steps below:
    1. Go to http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
    2. Type Aspire V5-471P in the box below "search by Product Model" and click "Search".
    3. Once your model is displayed on the screen, choose your operating system from the drop-down menu besides "Operating System".
    4. Click on "Driver" tab and download suitable Bluetooth drivers for your computer.

    Hope this will help you.

In this case, you can follow the steps below:
    1. Right-click on the folder that you have downloaded and click "Extract All…"
    2. Follow on-screen instructions to extract the files to a location in your computer. Once the files are extracted, note down the location where they have been saved.
    3. From the list of extracted files, double-click "Install_CD" folder and click the setup file in the folder.
