Hi, in my home I use a modem-router TP-Link TD-W8970 which connect all devices (desktop, notebook, printer, smartphone) and all don't have connection problems, including the netbook in question.

If I connect a wireless client TP-Link TL-WR702N in client mode (I am using it to connect a PC to the network that only has the wired LAN and not the wifi) I have these two cases:

If the AO756 netbook is already connected to the wifi network remains connected and not one problem.

If the netbook is turned on after the TL-WR702N it does not connect to the wifi network (the one provided by the modem router main of course) even if the wifi networks appear in the list. In addition to the main network appears "Other Network" to which I can not connect.

The operating system is windows 7 home premium, the wifi card driver (Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222) are updated as well as the firmware of the two TP-Link.

Thanks in advance to those who want to help me.

Massimiliano
