Aspire 5755g only the usb3 slot working properly
I have fond that mouse etc only works from usb3 slot not from other 2 slots, have tried reinstalling drivers for chipset and usb3 any sugestions please?
PS I can run a fan stand from other 2 but that is all.

If the drivers are good and shows "This device is working properly", you probably have a defective controller on the motherboard.

Go to Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus controllers and see if any of the root hubs have any yellow question mark or anything different.Right click root hub and "Update Driver Software". You could also have a defective hardware controller.

yes, one of the first things I checked ,no yellow exclamation marks.
