where should I send my complaint?

 

About a month ago I sent my laptop(e15 series) becasue of the stupid touch pad, and two days after it came back, the touch pad was broken AGAIN.

 

So I contacted L2 support and they told me that when the laptop arrived, it was on CHINESE! What?!? I am not a Chinese, I am a Korean for god's sake and besides, only thing I did was to install a Korean language package, not change everything to Korean, or "Chineses".

I guess they lack basic foreign langauge knowledge. Anyway...they said after restoring the system to English, the touch pad started to work. 

It's simply absurd that a change in language causes  a problem in touch pad, and it's obvious Acer support doesn't want to admit their sucky problems. 

 

Where should I complain to this? All they offered me for "compensation" for this awful problem was their default free tech support, but how the heck am I supposed to do college homework?!
