This message is for ACER

I have owned an ACER VN7-591G-787J laptop for less than two months, I purchased laptop from Direct Canada on November 28th 2014 and when it was opened approximately 3 weeks later, there was several DEAD PIXELS. I signed up to ACER support, sent the laptop back to ACER Canada using a delivery label. This was done on December 23 2014, the laptop was inspected by ACER and then returned to me on January 9 2015.

I was told by the ACER support line that it would be returned as a perfectly functioning laptop. Now, two weeks later there are two more NEW DEAD PIXELS.

I am considering returning this product for a REFUND and NEVER doing business with ACER again

Any suggestions on how to get this problem solved ?

Thanks

Here is Acer's dead pixel policy:it's publicly available.

I admit, when I bought my Plasma, laptops, and monitors, I never thought about it, but all manufacturers have a set policy of how many dead pixels is acceptable.

I haven't seen a lot of complaints about dead pixels in Acers.

"Customers desiring 100% pixel defect-free Notebooks or LCD Monitors can avail the same at additional charges. Please contact the nearest Acer Authorized Retailer / Reseller"

What did your nearest Acer Authorized Retailer / Reseller say about this when you contacted them?
