So a few days ago i wanted to restore my laptop to factory settings. When my it restarted it prompted me with this message saying something was trying to delete a tpn key or something like that. When i clicked yes thinking it was part of the factory restore process my computer immediately turned off. Ever since this happened a weird thing happens in which when i turn my pc on it only shows the logo and not the loading icon at the bottom of the screen. Then after a few seconds my pc shuts down and the whole process starts again, i need your help.

Second sentence was a typo, it's meant to say when my laptop restarted.

have you tried to start the recovery process pressing Alt+F10 keys at boot?

I tried it but the system neglects that and continues its loop.

    1. create a vanilla Windows 10 installation media from this link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    2. Once you boot using the Windows installation disc, on the Windows 10 installation window, click on Repair your computer.

    3. Click on Troubleshoot and in the Advanced options. First thing you may try is the Automatic Repair.

    4. if it's not working, i suggest you to do a windows 10 clean install, deleting all the existing partitions.
