Acer Aspire V5-571PG CPU Fan proplem

I have this laptop for almost 2 years now and it was very fine till yesterday
All of a sudden, since yesterday the fan started making a very weird noise

I started to disassemble the laptop (I have experience with this) and tried to figure it out. After hours of searching I found out that somehow the fan is making contact with the bottom metal base of the fan container (Shown in the next image)

Is there any explanation or solution to this?
I guess the fan somehow got loosen because when I flip the fan container the sound is gone which is a proof that the sound is caused by the fan contact with the metal bottom base.
Do I have to replace the fan?
