I bought this computer a few months ago so it isn't old. The 1 Terawatt drive is more than 3/4 empty. The computer hasn't been dropped, damaged or exposed to water - but it keeps switching itself off multiple times each day - and I mean an IMMEDIATE switch off, no buffering or any powering down or error messages. Then I press the 'on' button and it works fine for a while until it happens again. Any advice? Thanks.

It could be a overheating problem cause laptops do turn themselves off to protect the PC when that happens so if yours puts out alot of heat that might be it also check if your Fans work cause mine stopped after a while and mine then overheated alot too.

Does this happen on AC charger connected?

    I'm not an Acer employee.
