I tried to reset to factory settings, I thought that It was because of updated drivers, but to no avail. Any possible solution? Same problem??

    nybee,

I would suggest you run a refresh to make sure there isn't a Windows file that is corrupt. You've already updated the drivers, good job, the next step after that would be to update to the most current BIOS we have for that unit to see if that resolves it. If it does not, it could be a hardware problem.

I show that we have version 2.30 posted for your region (http://www.acer.com.ph/ac/en/PH/content/drivers), here's a direct download link to help cut down time locating it. Smiley Happy
