    I have seen video and read instructions for Windows 10: Create a USB Recovery Drive using Acer Care Center. I don't have a 16 GB USB flash drive but I have 16 GB SD HC memory card.

     

    Can I create Windows 10 recovery drive on this memory card using Acer Care Center?

      no, you can't.

      an USB flash drive is mandatory since it needs to be bootable from BIOS.
