I'm not sure if you have Vista or Windows 7, but you can try a PCIe USB 3.0 card.  Getting it to work might be hit or miss.  Some people report they can get it to work with the right drivers, while others simply can't get it to work.  You may have to do some research and read some reviews on various devices.  I'll get you started with a link but you'll probably need to spend some time googling and researching.  Be prepared to send it back, because, again, those things are hit or miss.
