Gateway DX4870 -- Which BIOS for dual-boot Win8 & Win7 ?

I have a Gateway DX4870-UR10P Desktop, with Windows 7 Home Prem 64-bit.
The bios is as originally shipped in 2012.

I want to run Windows 8.1 PRO 64-bit -- on a new, separate harddrive. And keep Win 7 on the original HD. I will probably add Win 10.1 or above on a drive partition in the future. BTW, I will run Hyper-V virtualization in Win 8 for other purposes (winXP, Linux).
available bios downloads (they also list Linux pkgs)
Gateway     BIOS - UEFI for Windows 8 (Not for Upgrades)     P11.B1
     Gateway     BIOS     P01.A2

If I update the Bios to P11.B1, does it continue to support Win 7?  Also, Win 10?
Is P11.B1 the correct bios to use? Does anyone see any issues, 'gotchas', config problems?

Thanks.

you can only update to this:

      Gateway     BIOS     P01.A2

BIOS P11 is only for DX4870 that had windows 8 from factory (not upgrades)

Thanks Ironfly.  (as in "Iron Butterfly"?)

So I can go to P01-A2 bios or stay with P01-A1  ---- that seems to simplify the matter.

The P11' "Not for Upgrades" was a bit ambiguous to me since Gateway had an Offer/Promotion with the Win 7 units at the time --  for a cheap upgrade to Win 8.0 after you get your system home. I rejected the upgrade and bought a retail Win 8 for a full install.
