Hi all,
I am trying to assist my organization with its planning capabilities by finding the lifecycle dates for the products used in our system. By lifecycle dates, I mean the dates when a given product stops being sold by the manufacturer (typically called "end of life") and when the manufacturer ceases to provide service on the product (often referred to as "end of service life"). Cisco, for instance, announces these dates when they become available, and they update their support notes for individual products after they have been made public. Does Acer have a similar policy, and, if so, where can I locate this information?
Thanks,
