Primarily for MS office. Mostly Word and Power point. May be a bit of excel. For the limited things required of it it should be fast. Need hi speed internet access over Wi-Fi.

Do not need a large storage space or video or gaming capabilities

If you can stand the smallness, an acer netbook may be instore for you. Check out the AO725 or the AO756 series. They have the best bang for your buck when it comes to these programs.
