Find the Acer Best for You

I've recently been looking into buying a new laptop, I've whittled down the choices to two acers:

And the v3-772g

From what I can see the 9822 which is £100 cheaper after calculating exchange rates has a better gpu and more ram. So why is it so much less expensive. Please answer as I wish to buy before Christmas. I will be looking to play games on it and use it for visual studio 2013 an other development programmes.

I am also in the market for a laptop . The salesman at best buy showed me a 15.5 " screen unit called a m5 583p 9688 

It has a I7 processor &gb of ram  for $800 . I want to do CAD drawings & design with it . 

They only had 3 Acers there so it may have been the reason he showed it but he seemed to think it had all the power to do what I wanted .

He was pushing HP

I like the idea of a 17.3 " screen .

I am a novice as far as desiphering the atributes so my input there would not help .
