I have acer aspire 5738 laptop and bught it tow years back. It worked fine for an year but now it is main pain area fo my life. It gives me OS error regularly and bluw screen error for a ssecond and comes back to the same screen, mmoreover Service certer says they don't support OS on this model. Now I really need help. Any suggestions....

So OS means operating system...whether you are running windows 7, 8, vista or xp, you have to go to microsoft to search their boards or talk to support...OR  open in 'SAFE MODE' with networking and download, install, and run a free program called  Advanced SystemCare 6.   Hope that helps you!

If your getting a blue screen, there is a code on it called a stop code. Usually when this happens, I take a picture of it with my camera so that I can read it. should look something like this:

Stop Code: 0x000000000000fc (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)

We need that to be able to determine what exactly is going on with your computer.
