is there a "working" Windows 10 touch pad driver for an Aspire 5742Z-4586

I've upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. The touch pad drivers I've found online do not have a proper configuration application that allows all the setting options that I used to have with Windows 7. I want to turn off all tap functionality completly on the touchpad and only allow the buttons to be used for tap/click. I am frequently accidentally touching the pad while typing which moves the cursor so I'm typing where I don't want to be typing and it selects some link and I've lost what I'm typing. I don't even have to touch the pad, just wave a thumb or finger close to it. It's that sensative and so annoying it's making the laptop unliveable. Please help!

There is no Acer  support for this laptop with Windows 10. Try uninstalling the touchpad driver and using it with the default microsoft driver.

I started with the default microsoft driver before I upgraded to a windows 10 driver. I think I'll go back to windows 7. Thanks for the response.
