    • hi. new to this forum. can anyone advise me how I can factory restore my lap top without a disk

    can i restore my pc to factory settings if i do not have the disk that it is asking for. i have somehow got a maleware problem and cannot seem to get rid of it so i am thinking a factory reset will cure the problem

      press alt+F10 keys at boot and it will start the factory restore process.
