Trouble installing Quicken 2016 onto Apsire E15 model E5-575-72L3

Nothing ever comes up on the screen after inserting the Quicken CD.  I hear it spinning and the it stops.

  Double click the circled cd/dvd drive on your computer and then double click the appropriate file to begin the installation.
