My laptop just reboots after the Acer logo. What to do?

I wanted to do a recovery on my Acer Aspire E5-575G, which is brand new, through Acer Care Center. It didn't work so I restarted my laptop to try again. Now it just reboots after the Acer logo and it continues to do this forever. So far I have done three hard resets. I haven't done a recovery backup on the OS. What can I do?

The video below is for Windows 8.1 but will work on Windows 10.

    Here's another option.

Yes, I managed to finally reach safe mode so I tried to do a recovery again but it fails at 48%, and then I choose to repair Windows but it seems to be stuck at "trying to repair". I did it once before but when nothing happened for like a half an hour I did a hard reset. I have lost count how many hard resets I've done. Can this be damaging to the hardware?

I must confess that I am completely dumbfounded that you didn't create a factory default USB recovry drive prior to tinkering with your computer.

I'm not sure why you needed to reset a brand new computer.  You didn't explain that.

The good news is, you can order your recovery media from Acer.

    https://store.acer.com/en-us/extended/recovery/

Here's Acer's telephone number if you have trouble with the recovery media.

I doubt if you have a hardware problem, but in this particular case, I wouldn't rule it out.   If you abuse your hard drive enough like it appears you have, then yes, you may have caused a hardware problem due to abuse.

Edit: Why would you continue to hard reset your computer if you thought you might be damaging the hardware?  Very strange.

I was uninstalling bloatware on the laptop and it started to act weird, like getting stuck at shut down, so I thought I uninstalled something I shouldn't have so I did a recovery and then this happened. Next time I will do a factory backup to a USB drive. Lesson learned, right? I'm not living in the US so I guess that link doesn't work for me.

Edit: Hard reset was the only option when I got the black screen of death multiply times without success to enter safe mode.

Try the worldwide support link that I posted in my previous post.  Call Acer.
