My Acer Aspire E1-510 failed to reset and now it wont start up

My Acer Aspire E1-510 failed to reset (got 50% then failed) and now it wont start up when i go to use ALT F10 and presss reset it says to use the recovery disk but i dont have a recovery disk, when i try the other things like using the system photo it wont work and all of the other things wont work
what do i do?

What was it doing before you tried to reset? Is it possible the hard drive has failed? You can try restoring via recovery media to see if that will fix it. If you need help getting recovery media, please send me a private message.
