E5-575G Factory Default Backup
I attempted to create a factory default backup as recommended in the user manual but every time it fails with "We can't create the recovery drive- A problem occurred while creating the recovery drive".
Any way around this error?

I would suggest Macrium Reflect free to back up your system, it's very eaasy program and reliable, follow my links for download and for tutorial.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will use that to make a backup to a usb drive and that will ease my fear of not having recovery media!

Don't forget to create a recovery disk from "Other Tasks" tab in Macrium Reflect, Thanks for the kudo.
